Welcome to "Beach Haven" at Pinnacle Port in the low-rise building C1, a gorgeous two-bedroom, two bath condo situated on the 7th floor, penthouse level - providing the most spectacular views of the emerald green gulf waters. When you enter the condo, you will find the guest suite on your right, which features an amazing new king bed, a flat screen tv, a dresser, and its own private bathroom. Up next the fully-equipped and updated kitchen with amazing quartz countertops and new appliances, which leads into the open dining room that seats six and then the beach front living area. All of these rooms provide and amazing view of the gulf. Right off the living room, you will find the gulf front master suite complete with a brand new pillow top king bed and amazing view. The master bathroom has a double vanity and is newly remodled! This property comes complete with a washer and dryer and free wi-fi. Last but not least, step out onto your beachfront balcony and take in all of the beauty and relax in our brand new balcony furniture - this will probably become your favorite spot! Whether you are a Pinnacle Port regular or this is your first time, you are sure to fall in love with the private and secluded Carillon community! Our 24 hour secure and gated community is nestled between Camp Helen state park and the private beach-home community of Carillon Beach. We are protected to the north by the picturesque inlet lake (Lake Powell), making Pinnacle Port resort one of the most secluded and quietest ocean-front resorts on the Panhandle. We are just a two and a half miles away from scenic Highway 30a beach towns of Rosemary & Seascrest, and only a few miles a way from the heart of PCB, and Pier Park. Pinnacle Port also has a peaceful lakeside gazebo, a free boat launch if you'd like to bring your own boat or jet skis. Fishing is also allowed with a temporary Florida fishing license. Beach chair/umbrella rentals are also available in prime season or use the set we store in our condo. We provide secure keyless entry so there are no long drives to get keys or anything to keep up with. We also have friends with completely updated condos at Pinnacle Port Resort so be sure to let me know if you have a large party and we will get you taken care of!
Pinnacle Port amenities: Large indoor/outdoor heated pool, second outdoor pool, picnic pavilion including grills and picnic tables, 4 top of the line tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe courts, bocce ball court, children's playground, vending machines, men and women's saunas, beach loungers and umbrella rentals. During peak season, the Cafe at the large pool offers hamburgers, snowcones, hot dogs, sandwiches, sodas, etc. Bring boats or jet skis for use on 600+ acre lake; boat docks available. We are right next to Camp Helen State Park, where Luke Bryan filmed the video for his hit song "Old Beach Roller Coaster"; It is a small state park that is never crowded and super fun to explore.

We take extra time to ensure everything is fresh and clean for your stay including using a laundry sanitizer, hot water, an antibacterial wash and dry cycle and professional grade detergent! Just in case you thought this was standard practice… many short term rentals only wash blankets once or twice a year!

Cancellations:
One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 21 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 21 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Thank you so much for visiting our condo website! We live in Greenwood AR, and have owned our own pharmacy/gift shop for ten years. We purchased our condos in PCB because we love the Emerald Coast, and try to make it to the beach as often as possible. Super comfy king bed with pillow top mattress. DUE TO COVID, AND JUST TO HAVE AN OVERALL MORE DISINFECTED CONDO, WE HAVE REMOVED THROW PILLOWS AND COMFORTERS. WE HAVE REPLACED COMFORTERS WITH BLANKETS THAT CAN BE WASHED AT EVERY TURNOVER AND HAVE CHOSEN TO COMPLETELY REMOVE ALL THROW PILLOWS SINCE THEY CARRY GERMS AND NOT BE WASHED EACH TIME. -We wash ALL BEDDING on every bed every time in between vacation rental guests. We take extra time to ensure everything is fresh and clean for your stay including using a laundry sanitizer, hot water, an antibacterial wash and dry cycle and professional grade detergent!
